Freedam's take

I like how pragmatic the Université de Strasbourg guidelines feel right from the start. Rather than overwhelming you with abstract design philosophy, the portal leads with an inviting coral background and gets straight to work. The logo section breaks down the modular boxed mark with clear do and don't rules, while the templates page tackles real everyday administrative needs. Seeing dedicated downloads for Word and PowerPoint ribbons across Windows and Mac, complete with instructions for badges, letterheads, and place cards, shows how thoroughly they have considered the staff who actually touch the brand every day.

  2. The logo guidelines page illustrates the boxed mark with usage rules, correct and incorrect diagrams, and links to French and English signature files.345
  3. The templates page details Office 2016 add-ins, custom ribbon toolbars, and grouped downloads for both Windows and MacOS.678
  4. Numbered anchor lists on inner pages help visitors jump directly between technical sub-sections.910

What I could not see

  • Could not inspect the full content of the Nouveautés, En bref, Couleurs, or Images pages.
  • Could not confirm specific file formats of the logo packages as format extensions are not detailed on screen.

Ideas to borrow

  1. Provide tailored office template packages split by operating system alongside step-by-step screenshots of custom ribbon toolbars to ease administrative adoption.7811
