City of Rotterdam brand guidelines
Onze stijl is the official brand guidelines and asset portal for the City of Rotterdam, covering identity standards, typography, and UI systems.
Freedam's take — I really appreciate civic identity systems that embrace their full administrative reality instead of hiding it away. The City of Rotterdam lays out clear rules for its core mark alongside specific guidance for external partners, internal sub-brands, and its city council. Digging through the typography sections, I saw their custom Bolder letterform detailed alongside downloadable web font packages. The documentation reaches straight into product work too, spanning UI components, digital accessibility, and direct Figma tooling in one unified environment.
