Freedam's take — I looked at the City of Riga's visual identity page on their official municipality portal. It sits directly within the civic website navigation rather than living on an isolated design microsite. The page presents core civic symbols, outlining the city logo alongside the historical coat of arms with references reaching back to the thirteenth century. It feels like a clear public-facing guide that introduces the official emblems to residents and media without unnecessary design jargon.
