City of Münster brand guidelines
The City of Münster provides corporate design documentation and structured asset downloads for municipal offices and standardized print formats.
Freedam's take — I like how civic portals can keep things grounded and practical, and the City of Münster design manual does exactly that. Instead of leaving staff and local partners guessing, it offers a dedicated download area arranged by print formats like DIN lang through DIN A0 alongside specific out-of-home sizes. Seeing individualized logomarks broken out for dozens of municipal offices and public agencies shows real respect for institutional identity. It is a straightforward, functional system built directly into their TYPO3 environment to get everyday work done cleanly.

What I could not see
- Content under the digital, print implementation, and typography subpages was not captured in this bundle.
- The internal contents of the downloadable ZIP files could not be inspected.
Ideas to borrow
- Civic organizations can package brand assets into format-specific archives like DIN A4 or poster sizes to simplify production for non-design staff.
