I like how clear Trustpilot makes its entry point. Landing on their Brand Hub, I immediately see an audience-first routing system that separates materials for employees, customers, agencies, partners, and media. Instead of dropping everyone into a massive asset catalog, they direct people right away to what they need, including a dedicated legal requirements section for businesses showcasing review ratings in advertising. For deeper proprietary resources, they prompt visitors with a clean access request form asking for their specific role and internal contact. It feels thoughtful and practical.

Ideas to borrow
- Route visitors directly on the landing page using role-based entry cards rather than a single technical navigation menu.6
