Rovaniemi brand guidelines
Official brand manual and conceptual guide for the Arctic capital city of Rovaniemi, Finland.
Freedam's take — I love looking through municipal guidelines, and Rovaniemi sets up a very thoughtful narrative around its identity as an Arctic capital. The site separates high-level context from practical execution across clear sections. I noticed how thoroughly the visual handbook details both the official city coat of arms and modern logos, complete with dedicated custom typography and symbols. Providing dedicated conceptual background alongside practical examples gives city staff and partners plenty of storytelling foundation before they even touch the graphic assets.
