Destination Canada brand guidelines
Destination Canada's brand site outlines identity standards, narrative guidelines, collateral examples, and links out to a national network of regional tourism libraries.
Freedam's take — I love when national destination platforms organize their complex ecosystem clearly, and Destination Canada does just that. Along with the usual sections covering brand narrative, typography, and logo placement rules, they include a dedicated directory linking out to provincial, territorial, and city partners across the country. I also appreciate how comprehensive their real-world application examples are, extending beyond standard corporate collateral to encompass everything from postcards and brochures to cookbooks and data visualization guides. It makes the entire national brand presence feel cohesive, practical, and grounded.

- Could not test interactive search functionality as none was observed in the navigation.
- Could not access deep pages for each provincial or city partner library.
Ideas to borrow
- Federated or multi-regional organizations can provide a structured directory linking users directly to regional partners' asset libraries alongside national guidelines.
