MongoDB press and asset kit
MongoDB provides brand basics covering logos and color directly on its newsroom page, linking out to an external Brandfolder for media kit downloads.
Freedam's take — I like how MongoDB keeps its core press page focused on the absolute essentials. Rather than cluttering the newsroom, they walk you through their primary logo, logo mark, proper usage, and primary palette right on the page. When you need the actual production files, a straightforward link routes you out to an external media kit hosted on Brandfolder. It is a very practical, no-nonsense setup for press inquiries, pairing quick in-browser visual rules with a dedicated digital asset hub for the heavy lifting.

What I noticed
- The Brand Resources page includes sections for Primary logo, Logo mark, Proper usage, and Primary palette.1234
- A link to download the media kit points to an external Brandfolder URL.5
- MongoDB maintains a separate page dedicated to Trademark Standards for Use under its legal section.67

What I could not see
- Could not view the contents of the external Brandfolder media kit.
- Could not view full asset downloads directly hosted on the brand resources web page.
Ideas to borrow
- Display primary logo guidelines and colors directly in a concise press kit page while outsourcing bulk asset distribution to a specialized DAM.
